Antoniette E. Sanchez

Antoniette Ernestine Sanchez was born in Grants, New Mexico on October 28, 1970 to parents Atanacio T. Sanchez and Mary A. Sanchez and was called home to heaven by the Lord on July 26, 2019.

Antoniette was a very talented artist, businesswoman, and was very religious. She enjoyed drawing and painting, doing crafts, and recently making custom bejeweled crosses with people’s names on them.

Antoniette was fun to be around and had a very sharp tongue with a sophisticated wit that was hilarious as she loved to make people laugh. She also loved watching movies, hanging around her brother and shopping. Antoniette had incredible knowledge of business and worked with her mom Mary (Agnes) Sanchez at the store for more than 25 years and with her brother at the gym for more than eight years.

Antoniette loved taunting and teasing her younger brother Leonard P. Sanchez and was always by his side no matter what. She was a beautiful soul who would help anyone in need and would sacrifice her own well-being for others. Antoniette will be truly missed and was loved by many people especially her customers at the store.

At her request, a private service will be held in her honor. Antoniette did not want anyone to make a big fuss about her death, rather, she wanted to be remembered in life. Find your best memory of her and enjoy.

Antoniette’s family would like to thank you for all your love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.

Riverside Funeral Home in Albuquerque is in charge of the arrangments.
