Free Movie Screening Police to serve and protect. Three policemen tackle corruption in an old, unsolved murder in Los Angeles during the 1950’s. Each man has a secret motive for involvement. The movie “L.A. Confidential” will be shown on Saturday, May 21, beginning at 2 p.m. Police people are our special guests. Closed Captioning is available. The Northwest New Mexico Solid Waste Authority accepts Number 1 and 2 plastic, paper, and cardboard. Locations include Smith’s grocery, Roosevelt Avenue, Grants; John Brooks Supermarket, Highway 66, Milan; and Milan Transfer Station, 2305 W. Highway 66, Milan.
