Cibola County Sheriff Larry D. Diaz Announces April Saturation Patrols and Checkpoints

CIBOLA COUNTY, NM – The Cibola County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting increased saturation patrols and traffic checkpoints throughout the month of April as part of an ongoing effort to enhance public safety and reduce impaired driving, reckless driving, and other traffic-related offenses across the county.

These operations will take place at various times and locations throughout Cibola County and will involve deputies from Patrol, Narcotics, and other specialized divisions. The goal of these enforcement efforts is to proactively deter dangerous driving behaviors and ensure the safety of all residents and visitors traveling within the county.

Motorists are reminded to always obey traffic laws, wear seatbelts, avoid driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and remain vigilant while on the road. The Sheriff’s Office encourages the public to report any suspected impaired or reckless drivers.
