Cibola County has purchased memberships with PHI Cares, a medical transport company, for all residents of the county.

If you have to be flown to Albuquerque, the service will be free if you tell the hospital you are a member. Memberships are only for the residents of Cibola County. Membership cards can be picked up at Grants Public Library, the County Manager's office and the Chamber of Commerce.
