has been indicted on the charges of larceny over $20,000 (second degree felony) and non-residential burglary (fourth degree felony).

On October 1, 2024 the above named defendant reportedly entered a locked, solid metal container at the Northern Santa Fe Railway without authorization and took several NIKE show products including NIKE Dunk Low, Air Jordan Low OG, and 200 Cases of Nike shoes belonging to NIKE Corp, with a market value over $20,000.

Richard Thomas Ray has been indicted of four counts, which includes possession of a controlled substance (fourth degree felony), aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and refused testing (motor vehicle code misdemeanor), open container possession (penalty assessment misdemeanor), and impeding traffic (penalty assessment misdemeanor).

On April 3, 2025 Ray is said to have intentionally and unlawfully possess methamphetamine and was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor or drugs, though the defendant refused to submit to chemical testing. Ray knowingly had a bottle, can or other receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage, which had been opened. Additionally, the above named defendant was allegedly driving at such a slow speed as to imped the normal flow of traffic.

The controlled substance was not obtained in pursuant to a valid prescription or order of a practitioner while acting in the course of professional practice or as otherwise authored by the Controlled Substances Act.

Kiana Jae Kien has been indicted on six charges which includes three counts of battery upon a peace officer (fourth degree felony) and three counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (misdemeanor).

On April 7, 2025, Kien allegedly applied force in a manner that can physically injure or jeopardize the safety of the officer or challenged the authority of two police officers. Kien is said to have resisted or abused the officers who were lawfully performing their duties.
