Lady Pirates take Second Place

    GRANTS, N.M. - Lady wrestlers were successful at the Jaguar Invite held earlier this month taking home second place with 152 points just behind Miyamura who placed first with 204 points.

    Top placers for the Pirates were: Paizlyn Turley, who placed 1st in the 135lb. weight class, and Dakota Billiman, who placed 1st at 105lbs.

    Kimberlyn Palmer placed 2nd in the 140lb. weight class, Trystan McDonald placed 2nd at 130lbs. While Raeyna Valdez placed 2nd at 125lbs.

    Cadence Martinez placed 2nd in 110lb.

    Makayla Chaves took 3rd in the 155lb. weight class.
