GRANTS, N.M. - Cibola County, we are excited to share some of the new and expanding services happening at Roberta’s Place as we continue working to strengthen support for survivors in our community.
Domestic Violence Forensic Exams We are proud to share that domestic violence forensic exams are now happening at Roberta’s Place, allowing survivors to receive documentation and care locally without having to travel far.
SANE Program Coming Soon
Our Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program is set to open in April, which will allow survivors of sexual assault to receive specialized forensic exams and compassionate care right here in Cibola County.
Transitional Housing Program
We are also launching a transitional housing program to help survivors and their families move from crisis to stability by providing long term safe housing and supportive services as they rebuild their lives.
Expanded Shelter Beds
Roberta’s Place will expand our bed capacity this year, allowing us to serve more individuals and families who need a safe place during difficult times.
Every step forward means more safety, more support, and more hope for survivors in Cibola County.
And that’s not all… we also have something exciting in the works behind the scenes that we’ll be sharing with the community soon!
