Erling Knutson, 86, of Grants, NM, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday May 12, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Betty, nee Weldon, loving father of Norman (Gaynelle) Knutson, the late Arthur Knutson (Shelley), Brian (Kathy) Knutson and Mark (Sara Cummings) Knutson; Proud Grandfather of Shannon, Devin, Erik, Jessica, Cameron, Lorelei, Amanda and Abby; Proud Great Grandfather of Frances, Xavier Garcia and Olivia. Dearest brother of the late Carl (Barbara) Knutson, and the late Paul Knutson. He was also the dearest stepbrother of Dick (the late Dorothy) Appel, the late Fred Appel (the late Dee), and the late Roger Appel. He will be missed dearly.
