July 1 Free Movie – Born on the Fourth of July Thirty-four years ago, Tom Cruise, age 27, delivered a topnotch performance as real-life, Viet Nam veteran Ron Kovic in the movie, “Born on the 4th of July”. Director Oliver Stone co-wrote the screenplay with Kovic. Venue is the Double Six Art Gallery at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 1. Location is Route 66 / 1001 W. Santa Fe Ave.
