Ida M Boissoneau
Ida M Boissoneau passed away peacefully on June 21,2023 in Seus Ste Marie, Ontario. Ida was the daughter of Alejo and Mela Griego. She was born on Sept. 14, 1948 in Grants, NM. Services will be at St. Theresa of Avila Church in Grants, NM on Thur. July 27, 2023. Rosary at 10 AM and Mass at 10.30 AM. Internment at Grants Cemetery afterwards.
Ida was a two-time cancer survivor and had other health problems. She didn't give up on life while going through all this and was a fighter. She was a feisty, outgoing lady who enjoyed cooking and reading. She cared greatly about her family and friends and many nieces and nephews.
She spent most of her life in Grants, but moved back to Canada later in life to be near her children that lived there.
She was the loving mother of Herb, Jr. (Juanita), Greg Sr. (Samantha), and Angela; Proud grandmother of Gregory Jr., Cody and Gregson. She is survived by her brothers: Alex Griego (Maria), Luis F Griego, Joe Griego (Jennifer), Paul Griego (Angela); and sister: Frances Hilton (Loye).
She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband: Herb Boissoneau; Dan Mclean son-in-law and Lola Griego sister-in-law.
