Mike Trujillo 'Big Mike' 54, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday October 11, 2023 at his home in Phoenix, AZ.
Mike was born on September 27, 1969 to the late Frances Garcia. Mike was raised by his Nana Flora Trujillo and lived with her most of his life on M.T.R.D. Mike graduated from Grants High School. He spent the majority of his career as a truck driver. In Grants he worked for C&E Concrete for a few years until 2012 when he and his family moved to Phoenix, AZ to be closer to his granddaughter.
In Phoenix Mike worked for Insearch Corp for about nine years and was most recently employed with Matt Brown Trucking. Big Mike was a gentle giant and his huge heart will be missed by many. Mike loved his family and friends tremendously He is also preceded in death by his wife: Janice; his Nana and Tata; and numerous family members.
He is survived by his daughter: Lynnea Sanchez (Adrian); Granddaughter: Anikka Martinez; Children By Love: Paul and Rebecca Pena; Sisters: Ramona Martinez, Jo Ann Gutierrez, Angela Larranaga (Roger); and several nieces, nephews, brothers by bond, family and extended family he inherited from Jan.
