The political world has been nothing short of chaotic this election cycle, and if you feel like you’ve been caught in a whirlwind, you’re not alone. From the President of the United States dropping out of the race after a disastrous debate, to Robert Kennedy’s bizarre few months involving brain worms and various dead wild animals, or yet another assassination attempt, it feels like every week brings a new, almost surreal headline.

Our own Republican challenger for State House Paul Spencer, has had to deal with the headaches of being impersonated on Facebook, and then there’s the governor of Springfield, Ohio, publicly asking Donald Trump to stop spreading wild lies about immigrants supposedly eating cats and dogs. The world of politics in 2024 is more unpredictable than ever, and that’s on top of the daily demands of our own lives—work, family, and everything in between.

As of today, September 18, the general election is only 48 days away. It may seem like a long way off, but it will be here before you know it. It will be nonpartisan and educational, designed to give you all the tools you need to make informed decisions.
