On February 1, 2025, Porter allegedly assaulted or struck at a peace officer and used a firearm. The defendant apparently drove carelessly and discharged from a motor vehicle which was stolen, and received or transferred it.
Chassity Shandeen Tom has been indicted on seven charges which consists of two counts of abuse of a child (third degree felony), aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs (misdemeanor), failure to maintain traffic lane (misdemeanor), no driver’s license (misdemeanor), no insurance (misdemeanor), and illegible registration plate (misdemeanor).
On November 17, 2024, Tom was allegedly driving with a child under the age of eighteen in the vehicle, while intoxicated. The above named defendant is said to have not maintained driving in the traffic lane and refused to submit to chemical testing. While driving on the highway, Tom did not have a valid license, insurance, or a legible registration plate.
Katrina Lynn Whitegoat has been indicted on the charges of armed robbery (second degree felony), conspiracy to commit armed robbery (third degree felony), unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (fourth degree felony), aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer (fourth degree felony).
On February 7, 2025, the above named defendant reportedly took property, one of which was a vehicle, intending to permanently deprive the victim of the property, while possessing a firearm. It is said that with the stolen motor vehicle, she willfully and carelessly drove in a manner that endangered others.
This act was not committed alone, as Whitegoat had help from Contreras.
Francisco Contreras has been indicted on the charges of armed robbery (second degree felony), conspiracy to commit armed robbery (third degree felony), and aggravated assault (fourth degree felony.)
On February 7, 2025, Contreras is said to have been armed with a firearm while taking property without consent. The above named defendant apparently assaulted or struck the victim with a firearm.
Fernando Landeros has been indicted on the charges of possession of a deadly weapon or explosive by a prisoner (second degree felony) and tampering with evidence (third degree felony).
On March 23, 2024, Landeros allegedly possessed a homemade knife while in lawful custody or confinement in Western NM Correctional Facility. The above named defendant reportedly destroyed, hid, fabricated or placed the homemade knife with intent to prevent the apprehension, prosecution or conviction of himself.
Bobby Louis Jones has been indicted on the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs (second degree felony).
On October 23, 2024 the above named defendant is said to have driven a vehicle and had an alcohol concentration of sixteen one hundredths, which is .16, in his blood or breath within three hours of driving the vehicle. This is his eighth DWI.
Steven Alannzo Veeder has been indicted on the charge of criminal sexual penetration in the third degree (third degree felony), incest (third degree felony), attempt to commit a faking, to wit: criminal sexual penetration in the third degree (fourth degree felony), and battery (petty misdemeanor).
On December 4, 2024, Veeder reportedly unlawfully caused another to engage in sexual intercourse or penetrated through force, knowing the person is of consanguinity.
Dillon Quinn Mariano has been indicted on the charges of aggravated battery (third degree felony), leaving the scene of an accident (fourth degree felony), and aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxication liquor or any drug (misdemeanor).
On December 30, 2024, Mariano reportedly applied force using a 2015 Grey in color Ford, with the intention of causing injury to the victim, in which he then drove a motor vehicle while intoxicated which resulted in an accident, causing great bodily harm to the victim.
