On or between November 23, 2024, and January 08, 2025, Rustin reportedly intentionally or recklessly caused great bodily harm to an infant born on November 23, 2024. These injuries that Rustin is said to have caused include second and third degree burns to the victim’s left hand and broken ribs, a fractured hand, and a fractured foot.

Marcus Oliver has been indicted on the charges of Battery Upon a Peace Officer (fourth degree felony) and Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer Arrest.
On April 8, 2025, Oliver is said to have applied force in a manner that physically injured or jeopardized the safety of a peace officer in lawful performance of his duties. The above-named defendant then fled or attempted to evade the officer when the officer was attempting to arrest him.
