Helen Gabaldon Torrez went to be with the Lord Jesus on January 10, 2025.
She was born to Pedro Torrez and Margarita Veloz Torrez on June 24, 1934.
She was preceded in death by her parents, all her siblings, her son Solomon Gabaldon, Infant son Richard Gabaldon and two infant daughters Helenmarie, and Geraline Gabaldon.
She is survived by her daughter: Molly Montano; her sons: Phil Gabaldon, Johnny Gabaldon and wife Sholie; daughters: Rosie Miranda, and Valorie Torrez; and numerous grandchildren: Great-Grandchildren and Great Great-Grandchildren and Many Many Nieces and Nephews whom she loved very much.
She loved cooking, sewing, and gardening. She worked hard all her life she was a caregiver at 88 years. Old for Silver lining but she enjoyed going to casinos with her sister Rita. Never missed going to Church at Lion Ministries, going to eat at El Cafecito, Seniors with Mayor Erik. She would even drive to Gallup to eat at Golden Corral. She will be missed!
Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.
