Lori Ann Lopez
Lori Ann Lopez, a loving mother, daughter, wife, sister, auntie, grandmother, and gigi mas passed away at the age of 62 Tuesday morning March 28 surrounded by family at her mother’s home in Bluewater Village.
Lori is preceded in death by her parents Leo & Nina Romero and Roger Carlson, husbands, Bobby Lopez and Gerald Trujillo, Sister Sherri Carlson, and her son Travis Lopez.
Lori left behind two daughters: Angela Lopez and her partner Jovanna Martinez, Quirina Lopez and her partner Georigie Vasquez; six grandchildren: Haley Lopez, Bobby Lopez and his partner Jazmine Suazo, Damian Ferran, Christopher Garcia, Nicholas Garcia, and Eric Garcia; One great granddaughter: Violete Lopez.
She also left behind one sister: Tonja Wilson and her partner Mel Cooper; one niece: Amanda Wilson and her family; two nephews: Jason Carlson and his family, and Shane Wilson; also, her Dad Dawn Wilson and Stepmother Robbie Wilson.
Lori was a longtime resident of Espanola and recently moved to Bluewater to live with her sister when she became ill. Lori enjoyed being outdoors, camping with family, she loved listening to music and dancing. Lori loved to travel. We called her our little Gypsi Girl. People loved her everywhere she went. She was always the life of the party. And nothing meant more to her than her family. Lori is going to be missed. She was such a beautiful, sweet soul and was loved so deeply.
