Lorin Lee Wardrip

Lorin Lee Wardrip, age 69, sadly left us on October 16, 2024. Lorin was born August 19, 1955, in St. Charles, SD. His parents, Delmer and Norma Wardrip, then moved with him and his sister, Kathy, to New Mexico in the early 1960's. Aside from growing up in New Mexico and in Arkansas, later in his life Lorin lived in Grants, NM and then settled in Albuquerque, NM. For many years he worked in construction and remodeling with his father, Delmer. Lorin's parents preceded him in death, as well as, his beloved wife, Kimberly. Lorin is survived by his dear sister Kathy Welborn and her husband, Sammy, of Rogers, AR, his nephew Sammy Welborn of AR, niece, Jennifer Welborn of NH, and a son by marriage, Jason Cox and grandson, Austin, from Albuquerque. NM. Memorial Services will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11am, at 501 N. Guadalupe St., Santa Fe, NM 87501.
