Raymond “Ray” Lesperance, 66, passed away on December 30, 2021 at his home. He was born May 17, 1955 in Vaugh, N.M. He is the son of Cirpriana Lesperance and stepfather Benito Martinez. Raymond lived in Grants for many years. Some of his favorite things to do were: Haul wood with his good friend Orrin, buying lottery tickets, and handing out with his friends and having a cold beer, and of course, going back to his home roots to see his family. He is survived by his devoted companion of 27 years: Carmel Murphey; his three sisters: Janette and her husband Daniel Lopez, Judy Martinez, Grace Roybal and companion Pete; his daughter: Janet Millerand son-in-law William Miller; granddaughter: Carina Lopez, Samantha Baca, Heather Sanchez; and great-granddaughter: Taulia Sanchez; stepdaughter: Charlotte Rivera. Ray will be loved and missed by many. Although you are gone, you stay in our hearts. Until we meet again, Love you Ray.
