MILAN, N.M. – The Village of Milan will reinstall a stop sign at the intersection of Eamons Avenue and Westbrook Avenue on Jan. 3, 2026, according to a public notice posted by the Village.
Village Manager Candi Williams said the stop sign previously existed at the location but was removed at some point without the Village’s knowledge. After area residents reported the issue to Village staff, the Village reviewed the matter and determined the sign should be reinstated.
Williams said the replacement will be funded through existing Village resources and that the public notice was intended to inform residents of the change.
