Standing water

Standing water- The newly constructed bridge on Washington Ave. in Grants was one of the subjects of conversation at the most recent city council meeting when Grants Mayor Martin “Modey” Hicks asked the contractors why the water was pooling under and on both sides of the bridge. Hicks concerns are that the standing water will weakin and begin the eroding proccess and asked for the problem to be solved. Scott Ford - CC
