Breathing Exercise to Manage Stress

Fall brings joy but also stress—fromwork,family,or holiday planning. Stress shows up as headaches, poor sleep, or irritability. Try 4-7-8 breathing: inhale 4 seconds, hold 7, exhale 8. Do this 4-5 times. Simple resets help calm the body and mind.
