Olivia Velasquez, Jul. 05, 1943 ~ Aug. 10, 2023 Olivia Velasquez was born in Cubero, NM on July 5, 1943, and passed on Thursday August 10, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Victorio Velasquez and Beroniz Tafoya Velasquez. She is survived by her sister, Lucia Peterson, and her brother Juan de Jesus Velasquez, and three generations of nieces and nephews.

Her nephews will be the pallbearers. Bruce F. Harvey will be an Honorary Pallbearer.

A rosary was held Monday evening, August 21 at 6:30 p.m. and a funeral Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Light Church in Cubero, NM on Tuesday August 22, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Olivia was laid to rest at the Cubero Cemetery following the services.
