GRANTS, NM — Cibola County is requesting property owner assistance to develop and maintain a commercial land and building inventory for economic development outreach. Cibola County’s new Community Development Department has developed an available property information form that can be found on the county website at http://www.cibolacountynm.com/businesses/economicdevelopment.php.
This form was developed in conjunction with the Cibola Communities Economic Development Foundation to create a local inventory of commercial properties. Property owners, managers, and real estate agents can use this form to provide the County and Economic Development with specific information regarding individual commercial buildings.
The information pro vided by the owner or agent will be used to create a map of available buildings and land for rent, lease, or sale throughout the County. The mapped properties will be listed to attract new businesses to the area. The listed properties are intended to connect interested buyers or renters with the correct contact person.
