An escaped, Nazi, war criminal is living in Smalltown, USA. The criminal is about to marry an unsuspecting woman. This plot line is found in “The Stranger.” The movie will be shown Saturday, July 30 at 2 p.m. at the Double Six Art Gallery. Location is Route 66 / 1001 W. Santa Fe Avenue.

Free Movies
School resumes next month in Grants. Education is valued by people in all countries. The Double Six Art Gallery’s film series includes one set in England and one in New York City. First up is “Goodbye, Mr. Chips” followed by “The Blackboard Jungle.” Movies are shown at 2 p.m. on Saturdays – August 13 and 27. Both films are in the public domain which means they can be shown without a license. The arts are for everyone!
