A sign that Summer

A sign that Summer is here, hummingbirds can be seen returning to feeders across the county. These small creatures flap their wings between 10 and 15 times per second, the fastest hummingbirds can flap their wings 80 times per second. The Summer Solstice was June 21, the official start of summer was marked by the pictured bird who came to draw nectar from a home in Cibola County. CC Kylie Garcia
