Children at the Grants Public Library got into the Halloween spirit during Tot and Me on October 30. Kids listened to Trick or Treat by Debbie Leppanen and the Halloween version of Down by the Bay before decorating pumpkin ornaments and spooky cut-outs. The morning was full of smiles, giggles, and just the right amount of spooky.
