Katherine Fenton was the happy winner of the quilt raffle held by the Cibola County History Museum. Isiah Torrez took time from the cookie crawl to draw the winning ticket while Jackie Heath looked on. Katherine was excited having never won a raffle before.
The Cibola County Historical Society sold tickets for three months, raising funds for the Cibola County History Museum, located at 525 West High. A great big 'thank you' to everyone who bought tickets.
We do have an entertainment program coming up on February 15 at 2PM courtesy of New Mexico Humanities Council. The program will feature Medieval and Traditional Ballads. Everyone welcome. No charge. More information in future editions of the Cibola Citizen.
