Cibola Historic Society to share history of San Fidel

GRANTS, N.M. – Cibola is a wide sprawling county, and offers a great deal of history that can tell great stories of heroes, villains, and everything in between.

At their General Membership Meeting on February 12, the Cibola County Historic Society, all in attendance will have the opportunity to hear the story of San Fidel, New Mexico, a rural community in Cibola County. Leon Tafoya will be the societies guest speaker, walking all in attendance through the history of this rural town. The meeting will take place at 2 p.m. at 525 W.
