Crystal Darlene Gallegos has been indicted on the charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (fourth degree injury), aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (fourth degree felony), and residential burglary (third degree felony).
December 22, 2024, the above named defendant allegedly entered a house without permission and the intent to commit a felony. Reportedly, Gallegos struck two of the houses residents with a large rock.
Candace Rayann Garcia was reportedly assisting Gallegos and has been indicted on the charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (fourth degree felony) and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (fourth degree felony).
Garcia is said to have struck one of the victims with a large rock and then use a motor vehicle against the other victim.
Ernest Garcia Facundo has been indicted on the charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (fourth degree felony) and criminal damage to property under $1,000 (petty misdemeanor).
On the 2nd of October, 2024 above named defendant allegedly assaulted or stuck someone, using chefs knifes and intentionally damages property owned by the victim, doing $1,000 or laws in damage,
Bernal Nez has been indicted on the charges of aggravates burglary (second degree felony) and aggravated battery against a household member (third degree felony).
On September 21, 2024, the above named defendant allegedly entered a house without authorization. Once inside, Nez reportedly applied force to the neck or throat or block her nose or mouth of a household member, with the intent to injure that person. This action prevented the household members normal breathing or blood circulation.
Pedro Francisco has been indicted on the charges of aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon (second degree felony), receipt, transportation to possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon (third degree felony), and criminal damage to property under $1,000 (petty misdemeanor).
On the 13th of January, 2025, Francisco is said to have entered a house without permission, while being in possession of a firearm and intentionally damaging the security cameras on the property.
