Power Restored After Morning Outage in Milan

MILAN, N.M. — Power was restored in the Village of Milan at about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, after a morning outage affected the north half of town, including Elkins Road, surrounding streets and some county residents.

Village officials said Continental Divide Electric Cooperative was aware of the disruption and dispatched crews to assess the problem.

During the outage, residents were reminded to call 911 in an emergency. For non-urgent assistance, dispatch could be reached at 505-287-4491.
