Red Ribbon Week

Grants Mayor Erik Garcia, coming off of a tumultuous month at the city, has joined hands with the Grants-Cibola County School District to promote drug awareness during Red Ribbon Week, a time set aside by the school district to teach students about the dangers of drugs.
