Seizing 22.58 pounds of marijuana

CIBOLA COUNTY, N.M. – On Oct. 19 the Cibola County Sheriff’s Office, working with federal Homeland Security Investigations, discovered 22.58 pounds of marijuana, and more than 73,000 grams of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana that alters a person’s thinking, according towww.healthline.

Officer involved shooting

LAGUNA, N.M. – On October 23, there was an officer involved shooting on Interstate 40 near Laguna, New Mexico. The incident brought freeway traffic to a standstill for several hours. This was the third such event in the past two months.
