The New Mexico Senior Olympics Ernesto Ramos State Games provides senior adults 50+ an opportunity to participate in both individual sports and team sports. NMSO is a sanctioned member state organization with the National Senior Games Association. New Mexico is considered an “Open” state and allows athletes from outside of New Mexico to compete. Teams play in 5-year age categories starting at 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, and 75+. Tournament draws teams from Michigan, California, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Team Tournament Events are held in various cities throughout the state. Volleyball Tournament will be held for Men, Women and Co-Ed teams in Albuquerque July 2830th; Softball in Las Cruces, September 8-10th and Basketball 3 on 3 in Santa Fe, November 35th. Calling all Seniors 50+ to either spike or serve, pitch or swing or post or layup all for Senior Olympics!
We have a new venue for Volleyball this year at ARVC Revel Gym in Albuquerque, located at 7800 Las Lomitas Dr. NE, July 28-30th. This highly anticipated tournament promises an exhilarating experience for all participants. Compete against talented senior athletes from New Mexico and beyond in a friendly and supportive environment. Forge new friendships, expand your network, and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals who share your passion for the game.
To register a team for the Volleyball Team Tournament, fax, email, or call our registration hotline. The Team Registration Fee is $300 per team, with an additional $5 per player. Alternatively, online registration is available at www.nmseniorolympics.o rg. If you need help to find a team or need additional players, we offer a 'Partner Finder' waiting list. Simply email us back to request inclusion on the waiting list, specifying your desired Volleyball group (Men, Women, Co-Ed Team).
