Linda and her husband Jerry Walker, along with their staff Terri Harris and Amanda Martinez, celebrated the 40th birthday of the Walker Agency insurance company. Walker Agency has been in Grants for 21 years and has become a staple of the community. Their 40th birthday was celebrated by the community for their contributions to the Grants-Cibola area. This past week, the City of Grants celebrated Christmas in July at Grants Memorial Park. Family members and friends of those buried at the park were invited by the city to go and decorate in the spirit of memory and community, with a December holiday theme.
