Brushstrokes of Christmas Magic: Act V

Gosh how time flies… it’s been 5 years now since we started painting Christmas scenes and figures on business windows here in Grants NM, and our neighboring Village of Milan, using our local elementary schools’ 4th grade students.
Roger and Evelyn Siegmann honored all of the original people who helped get the window painting program going. This plaque, signed by Milan Mayor Felix Gonzales and Milan Clerk Denise Baca, reads, “For your inspiration and determination to brighten children’s lives and our community with our elementary school’s children by decorating businesses windows for the Christmas holidays. Starting in 2018.” Courtesy Photo
