CITY OF GRANTS, N.M. – Schools across Grants, N.M. were put on a shelter-inplace order after the Walmart on 1500 Roberts Road evacuated its shoppers out of an abundance of caution on August 24 in the afternoon.

State police will conduct proactive operations

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, the New Mexico State Police will begin proactive crime suppression and traffic enforcement operations in the Albuquerque Metro area. Approximately 35 New Mexico State Police officers are assigned to the three weeklong Albuquerque operation.
