The county may install a county sign that indicates that a road is not maintained beyond a certain point. Private roads and other roads that have not been accepted for county maintenance are non-county-maintained roads for the purposes of this paragraph.

The County Road Department may alter the schedule based on emergency conditions such as flooding or other urgent conditions that may arise. This schedule is for routine road blading only.
