Allsups Heist

GRANTS, N.M. – On November 17 at least two suspects entered the Allsup’s Convenience Store on First Street in Grants, New Mexico, after pulling out a firearm the suspects the fled the store.

It was almost 7 p.m. when at least two Native American men entered the store, Grants Police Department believes they were between the ages of 14 and 20, wearing blue masks the men tried to leave the store without paying for a case of beer. The suspects pulled out their firearm after the attending clerk attempted to stop them.

The two men fled the store in a 1992-1995 Chevy truck with an extended cab, while it was dark the police believe the vehicle is a two-tone red and grey vehicle. The vehicle was last seen heading East on Jefferson Avenue.

As of press time at least three suspects had been identified by GPD.
