Why I love Grants and Milan

Sure, we have our problems: crime, lack of good paying jobs with benefits, poverty.

These issues are not unique to our area. Sometimes it is hard to stay positive – with all of this in mind, I prefer to live here.

Why? It is the people who live here.

From our former students to my friends in business and my senior citizens, my church friends. All my friends have helped this old man live one day at a time.

At this time of the year lets pray for better times to come.

One final tip: let’s give a shout out to all our healthcare people. There are too many to thank by name. You all know who you are - you’re the very best.
