On February 18, 2021 Cibola County Sheriff’s Department conducted a MultiJurisdictional County Wide Safe Streets Operation. Agencies that participated in this operation were Cibola County Sheriff’s Office, New Mexico Department of Correction-STIU, Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security Investigations, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Division, and the United States Marshal Services. The primary objective of this operation was to locate, and arrest subjects identified as having outstanding felony warrants and or probation and parole warrants in Cibola County, proactive crime suppression and enforcement in high crime areas, and obtain creditable intelligence related to drug trafficking, stolen and illegal firearms, human trafficking, and property crimes.
This operation resulted in the arrest of the following individuals:
