PREWITT, N.M. – Getting ready for the 56th Annual Bi-County Fair is no small feat, put on by a team on volunteers who care deeply about their communities and the spirit of Cibola and McKinley Counties.

Vendors and exhibitors may load in ahead of daily opening times; please plan to be show-ready by 9 a.m. on Friday–Sunday when vendor booths open and coordinate exact load-in/out windows with fair staff on site. Exhibits are released on Sunday at 5 p.m., and animals are released after the Jr. Livestock Sale concludes.

Final fairground cleanup is Monday, Sept. 1, from 8– 10 a.m.

A heartfelt thanks to the volunteers, 4-H leaders, FFA advisors, maintenance crews, sponsors, and board members who are first in and last out each day. They’re the reason the fair runs smoothly—so the rest of the communities can enjoy the fair.

Vendor booths will be open Friday–Sunday (Aug. 29–31) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No vendor hours are listed for Thursday (checkins only) or Monday (cleanup/Jr. rodeo).
