ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (August 5, 2026) — The Credit Union Foundation of New Mexico is pleased to announce the election of a new member to its Board of Directors and the appointment of its Board Officers for the coming year.
Joining the Foundation Board is Andy Ramos, President and CEO of State Employees Credit Union. Ramos brings years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to serving New Mexico communities through the credit union philosophy of people helping people. The Foundation also announced its newly elected Board Officers: Karen Griffo, President and CEO of Roswell Community Federal Credit Union, who will serve as Chair; Rebecca Isaacs, AVP of Community Relations at Nusenda Credit Union, who will serve as Vice Chair; and Donald Sarich, President and CEO of Northern New Mexico School Employees Federal Credit Union, who will serve as Secretary/Treasurer.
Together with the Foundation's remaining board members, Lily Currin of Sunward, Stuart Johnston of Artesia Credit Union, and Nelson Medina of Guadalupe Credit Union, this leadership team will help guide the Foundation's mission of strengthening credit unions in New Mexico through collaborative opportunities. The Foundation supports financial wellbeing, professional development, financial education, and credit union-led community impact initiatives across the state.
