“Grand Champion “

Local Grants/ Gallup Karate Club owner Dylan Vargas MMA participated at the USAMAA Grand National Tournament in Indianapolis, IN and took 20 of their students on March 25, and 26. All of the students placed in various competitions but Elly Chavez, age six, from Grants, NM and her Sensei Sabam Dylan Vargas from Gallup, NM both received the top awards of the tournament both winning the Grand Championship rounds receiving the highest honor of the weekend “Grand Champion “.
