Annette Chavez

A Rosary for Annette Chavez 54, of San Rafael, New Mexico will be held on Friday January 13, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Taylor Funeral Home Chapel. The viewing will be held after the Rosary. Annette was born on September 24, 1969, in Grants, New Mexico and She passed away at her home on January 5, 2024.

She is survived by her husband: Teodoso Lucero; and her children: Esperanza and Isaac; along with a grandson: Izeyah and Mother Velma Ortiz. She has three sisters, Nancy Chavez from Grand Junction Colorado, Samantha Chavez from Albuquerque New Mexico, Peggy Chavez from Albuquerque New Mexico; Isaac Lucero, brother-in-law from San Rafael, New Mexico.

She is preceded in death by her father: Martin Chavez; and Stepfather Ben Ortiz SR. A rosary for Annette was recently recited at the Mt. Taylor Funerals and Cremations Chapel.
