Mary Ann McBeath died April 15 at the age of 82.

She was born in Chicago but has lived in Pine Hill for the past 30 years. She and her husband George ran La Tinaja Restaurant off Highway 53 East of El Morro for 15 years. She also worked tirelessly to maintain and build up the San Lorenzo Mission Church by EI Morro for most of those 30 years.

Mary Ann had a big heart and was always ready to help those in need, pray for and bless all she came in contact with.

She is survived by two sisters; three brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral will be held Thursday, April 20 at the San Lorenzo Mission Church. Rosary will be said at 11 a.m. The funeral mass will be held at noon. Internment and reception will immediately follow the mass.
