Roy Arnold Gordon
Roy Arnold Gordon a beloved father grandfather brother uncle's best friend went to meet the Lord and his savior Jesus Christ on January 20 2026 at the age of 86 in Albuquerque NM he was born on August 31 1939 in Aldborough, Canada.
He is survived by his children: Ledawn Montoya, Danny Smith, Sandra Aries, Connie Truckle, Penny Marcel, Jody Cheshire, Sean Gordon, Fawn Gordon, Jonathawn Gordon, and Jodie Cheshire. His siblings: Ross Gordon, (JD) John David Gordon, Lillian Robinson, Sharon Gordon, Donald Gordon, Linda Gordon, Rick Gordon, and Fawn Gordon. He was also survived by his adoptive daughter: Frida Castillo and Benny Castillo.
Roy lived a life dedicated to his family and friends.
Roy Gordon moved to Grants in 1986 the very first church he visited was the Spanish Assembly of God that's how he met Benny and Frida Castillo.
He had a passion for cars he was the best diesel mechanic in town he could fix any vehicle you brought to him he loved going to the mountains with Benny to bring wood he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Celebration of life will be held at the Spanish Assembly of God church at 218 Washington, Grants, NM at 11 AM Saturday 21, 2026.
The family would like to especially thank Genesis Home Health care for the care they gave Roy this is the most caring home they go out of their way to care for residents Gentiva along with Genesis showed compassion for not only boy but the family is well.
