Laughter. Isn’t it the best? A good laugh just lifts your spirits, puts a smile on your face and makes the stresses of the day melt away for a spell.

This past weekend my Fiancé had her two grandchildren up for a visit and the time was great. These two young children reminded me of the power of laughter and the great joy it brought to my heart.

Hearing them laughing, whether it being on the fourwheeler or roasting smores, or telling stories or just them running around in the yard was a true blessing. My Fiancé and I had smiles plastered on our faces the entire weekend because of the youthfulness and laughter of these two grandchildren.

If you stop and think about it, whenever you enter a restaurant, or family members home, or other public facility and you hear laughter, it immediately changes the expectation when entering the building.

Laughter makes our experiences, our trials, our stresses and so much more just easier to handle. Laughter brings joy to our own hearts and souls as well as those around us. I personally like to find opportunities to find laughter every day. Whether I am at work, at home or out and about, I look for laughter and I try to share laughter with all I meet.
