Why we mask

World War II, The Great War, Vietnam, 9/11.

COVID-19 has killed more Americans than all four of those violent tragedies combined.

This is why we mask. We mask for the veteran at church. We mask for our grandmothers making our favorite foods. We mask for the expecting mother at the grocery store. We mask for the senior about to graduate at the top of their class. We mask for our friends so we can meet them soon. We mask for people we don’t like, because it’s the right thing to do.

With masks we can be around each other safely.

COVID-19 is the deadliest opponent the United States has ever fought. The tide has finally shifted in this war, but the only way to win is by wearing our masks.

Masks stopped the seasonal flu this last year; they drastically slowed COVID, too. We are all soldiers in this war, and our weapons are masks and vaccines.

Right now, Uncle Sam needs you to wear a mask.

The American lifestyle has always led the way - it is our time in the history of the world to step up and lead the way out of COVID-19. It is our responsibility as Americans to wear masks. It is our responsibility to defend our nation against this evil.

Wear your mask, get vaccinated, be a patriot.
