The world we live in

The past few decades have really changed the world we live in. Society is no longer what it used to be. It worse than ever before and the current stream of events only seem to indicate that things are going to get far worse before they get better.

Society has donned the blindfold and is willing to let the powers that be lead them down this path of destruction without even putting up a fight. Like sheep to the slaughter.

In the past 30 years, our society has said “it’s okay” to just about everything that comes across the table. Things that were detested are now okay. Things what were taboo are now celebrated. Things that were unspoken are now being preached. How did this happen?

We live in a confused society. There are lot of things which we have accepted from the society, which does not make any sense or at least are not rational. But we never realize those things either because we think it’s meant to be that way, or we don’t bother ourselves on these little things. But the fact is, those little things make the basis for change. A long journey begins with a little step.

Those who take the Bible seriously are in no doubt as to how and why this modern confusion has become so widespread. Society is attempting to live without any understanding of the principles of righteousness. Society is stampeding towards greater and greater misery and damage because it will not listen to the voice of God speaking in the Bible.

Society is spiraling ever further downwards because of the lack of its moral and religious beliefs. Society needs to remove its ignorance of spiritual blindness and dispel their minds by this new vision the world seems to have adopted. Nothing novel is needed to lift our society out of this pigsty we are living in, no new formulas are required to right the societal ship.

What is needed is for society to return to the understanding of the revelations which our forefathers cherished in their day.

There are many reasons why our society has become the way it is. The collapse of the family structure, the rise of virtual worlds via the internet – everything from role playing to the abundance of pornography at societies fingertips. Erasing our history by the tearing down of century old iconic statues and landmarks. The rise of financial hardship across our society, Drug abuse. However, the most prevalent reason our society is where its at is called Nihilism, which is simply the rejection of all religious and moral principles in the belief that life is meaningless.

Society is slowly breaking down into a divide. Some of this stems from a broken education system, a broken mindset, and a broken way of thinking. We have forgotten the importance of philosophy, the importance of learning how to think.

Unless the people of this society begin to change the way they vote, the things they believe, and the morals they have, things will never change.

At this current rate, our society is on a fast track to ideocracy, and nobody will be able to stop that train unless we as members of society start to make changes in what we are willing to accept and what needs to be rejected.
