After 14 years serving as the Cibola Arts Council President, Randy Collins welcomes the new leader, John Badal. Mr. Collins is a judge at Acoma Pueblo and Mr. Badal is the founder and consultant of Sacred Winds Communications. Thank you both for supporting the arts!
